The Pinot Gris shows yellow-fruity aromas of ripe apples, quince, peach and a certain smokiness with a little air and time. Good, concise acidity. This wine is characterized by firmness and freshness, as are the tangy aromas of quartz, delicate hints of brioche, coconut, a hint of vanilla and nut associations reminiscent of almonds. Powerful, tight-knit and precise with a wonderful balance and a long finish.
